A quaint 2 bedroom 1939 Jarrah weatherboard cottage within the 70 acre Nyamup Mill Settlement - situated an easy, 20k drive from Manjimup on the Muir Hwy.
We took on the property June '23 and are keen to share the joys of this little gem 💎 nestled amongst the tall timbers of Jarrah, Marri & Karri forests set on the banks of the Wilgarup River.
A tranquil place to break away from our ever increasingly busy schedules & get back to nature & reconnect with yourself .
Blissful tranquility within the Forest with access to a very safe community minded settlement.
Great space to be a free-spirited hippy & reconnect with yourself, family & nature.
The Cottage is a 2 bed 1 bath Jarrah weatherboard structure built circ 1939. We offer a Queen bed, 1 single & a bunk bed in room 2.
The May Queen is simple, rustic, clean & appointed with all the amenities we think you'll need to be comfortable such as warm linen, Tea & Coffee facilities, Satelitte NBN, Netflix & a BBQ for those balmy evenings.
The area offers 70acres within the settlement to roam the abandoned Mill - some of which remains on site. Endless state forest to explore with walking tracks, mountain biking & 4wd access & the Wilgarup River which winds it's way past the settlement boundary where you can canoe, swim, fish or even try some Marroning during the season.

We had a lovely stay with at Rodney and Mazzis place. It was a great place to wind down every night in front of the fire with the peaceful surroundings of the Forrest. Would definitely recommend to others who were looking for a secluded getaway
